'The Stigma'

Hey everyone and welcome back to my blog, it has been a considerable amount of time since I have posted on this platform and today I want to talk about the topic of 'Mental Health'
This topic can sometimes be the 'elephant' in the room for some people but I am so sick of people treating our mental health as a joke. I know myself I have struggled with my own Mental Health with severe anxiety in school where it came to stage of not wanting to leave my bed cause I was so nervous of what the day would bring.

Now though since transitioning into college I have adapted a better mindset to life and try to be as positive as I can when it comes dealing with exam stress and overall life stresses that used to get me down previously. At some point in everyone's life qw struggle with mental health issues whether its body image, depression or anxiety we all have our own insecurities. In this blogpost, I want to ask everyone reading this to please be more open-minded to this topic and if a friend needs help don't sit back and do nothing. Talk to them, let them share their story. Be that friend that listens.

I have been really busy with college and I promise I will be back with new posts this summer.
