| 4 Looks 1 Destination | - Gran Canaries, Spain
Hey gals, it has been way too long since I posted on here. So sorry as usual I have the typical excuse coming up haha but of course my final year exams was priority. Also I finally submitted my Media dissertation after months and months of breakdowns (if you follow me on Instagram and watch my stories you will know and thank you for watching lol)
I started this outfit series on my blog last summer. I received some fab feedback and you gals seemed to like it a lot. I personally enjoy writing and creating this type of content the most, of course fashion is my love and OOTDs are the basis of my entire platform. A couple of weeks ago, Me and my boyfriend spent a week in Mogan in Spain (Gran Canaries) and we had the BEST time ever. One of my favourite travel destinations to date. I might do another post about the holiday if you gals are interested in what to do and explore in the area and my recommendations overall.
If you don't follow me on Instagram and didn't see my holiday fashion posts or want to know more about some of the pieces in the posts keep reading x
Ok let's get started:
Outfit 1: | FUNKY STRIPES |
This jumpsuit was the most versatile piece I packed for this holiday, I wore it endlessly for day and night looks. For my night look, I teamed it with these funky 90's inspired sunglasses and black platform birkenstock style sandals. I always wear comfortable footwear on holidays regardless if it's for heading to the beach or out for dinner in the evening. A gal likes to be able to walk and not fall flat on my face haha.
I also wore a white t-shirt underneath the jumpsuit for another evening dinner look and I loved it so much. If I could give any advice on styling outfits, my number one tip is to buy a white t-shirt this summer, extremely handy and instantly transforms a look you might have already wore.
Outfit details:
Jumpsuit: Bershka (last year)
Sunglasses: Shein
Sandals: Primark
Outfit 2:
Hands down my favourite holiday evening outfit ever. I felt amazing in this particular look and it really screams summer holiday/spanish vibes. The top was kindly gifted to me by Dresses.ie. They are an Irish fashion brand and I always love showcasing their pieces on my Instagram and blog. I wore this top off the shoulder, it can also be styled to show off the puffy sleeves on the shoulders as well which is also a very cute look. The material of the top was perfect for the evening time and I found this look extremely easy to wear.
My trousers/jeans are from Pull and Bear. I always wanted to find the perfect pair of white culotte Jeans for summer and I was determined to hunt them down before my holiday. Pull and Bear is one of my favourite places to buy simple pieces such as jeans and t-shirts. I spotted the jeans on the websites and ordered them straight away.
When they arrived there was a slight problem with the length of the jeans. I always struggle finding the perfect length haha because I am 5'3 which is small and below average for a girl. So I just DIY'ed the jeans to suit my length. I decided to cut the bottom of the jeans to suit my height and I also washed them after this to create a frayed look at the ends. This touch added an extra detail to the simple white culottes.

Outfit 4:
I was always the kind of gal that never liked wearing dresses, I remember looking at pictures of myself with a dress on and hating the way I looked in them. I could sense how uncomfortable I was in the photo and my hips always stuck out. Me being extremely dramatic lol. For this holiday, I decided I wanted to find the perfect flowy sun dress and I saw this one on dresses.ie and fell in love. It was exactly what I was looking for and I knew I wanted to style it in a certain way from the first time I spotted it on the website. Shocker a white t-shirt was involved.
I also teamed this dress with the platform Birkenstock sandals and my retro-inspired sunglasses.
When I posted a picture of me wearing this dress on my Instagram I was shocked because so many of you gals loved it and wanted to see me in dresses more often haha. It was eye-opening haha. Also It was my most liked photo from my holiday posts and thank you for the love. Sometimes it's not easy wearing a piece of clothing that is out of your comfort zone but I really embraced this look.

Outfit 3:
This look I wore for a day of exploring and also a boat trip to see Dolphins on the island.
For me, high waisted Denim shorts are a must for a sun holiday. Easy to style and timeless every year. Denim will never go out for style, well for me it won't lol. I would recommend investing in good quality Denim shorts that will last for years to come.
For me, Levi denim shorts are the best and if you can find a pair for a reasonably good price in your size GET THEM. If you are struggling to find places that sell Levi shorts I would recommend Florrie Jane Vintage. They have a variety of denim to choose from online and there a colour/wash/style to suit every look or person. I lived in my pair on this holiday. Investing in vintage pieces also means you are doing your bit for the environment while also purchasing excellent quality that will last in your wardrobe for years.
