Hey all, long time no chat! My blog has been extremely neglected since October with juggling  college and work it has been a crazy busy and stressful couple of months. On friday after submitting my last assignment of the year (woo) I decided I needed to get back into doing the things I love: producing and writing for my blog and posting on my Instagram.  Now  I am back with a new post, this one is all about looking back at my favourite looks from 2018. 2018 has been one of the best year's of my life. So many good things have happened to me and I am forever grateful for everything that has come my way. My motto for 2018 was to just go for it and see what happens and it was truly the best piece of my own advice I ever followed lol. I was scrolling through my phone looking at outfit photos from the past year and it's crazy the progress you have made when you look back on the year. My aim for 2019 is to keeping going and better myself, my content and everything in betwe...

Proud is an understatement, my mind has been buzzing all week! What an experience. I still can't believe I attended this event ah literally pinch me, when I first reached out to my followers for a potential nomination I never anticipated getting as far as the longlist for 'Best Newcomer Blog' and now I can say I made  the shortlist for Best Newcomer with the Top 20  Bloggers in my category from  Ireland, such a dream to actually say out loud haha. I was extremely nervous before attending the event, this was my first proper blogger event and I didn't know what to expect at all. My expectations were met ten times over from the stunning location (Lillies Dublin) to the gals I met that night. Everyone I got chatting to were so nice and extremely down to earth. I know I met some gals that I would now call friends, so supportive of one another and just overall understand the blogger game and the struggles we all go through in this industry. I felt so lucky to be sta...

Hey all, this week has been very busy with moving all my things back up to Maynooth and settling into my new home for my final year (even thinking about that is so scary- how did I get to my final year, I still feel like a baby) but I have finally unpacked everything and made it my own little space. I was dreading packing everything up especially my clothes because to my surprise I have A LOT (I never imagined I would fill the car with clothes and belongings but I did haha oh well, a gal doesn't travel light. I am the kind of gal that likes variety in their wardrobe and the one thing I leave at home will be the piece of clothing I want to wear constantly so I have to take everything. You think you would be used to moving home and back after a couple of years but you really don't, there is a massive difference every year and you definitely learn something new every year. Ok so I am so off topic for this blogpost, if you follow me on Instagram ( FASHIONFOLLOWS ) you will know t...

| Summer 18 through a lens |

I can't actually believe this is my last post before I head back to college, this summer has been quick, crazy and slightly more productive than others. I think I have learned a far deal of things over this summer from travelling, working hard on my blog and realising a few very important life lessons in between. I decided to use the photos captured this Summer to describe my thoughts on the last couple of months because Pictures can really speak volumes and show how you feel in the moment. | JUNE | | My first ever travel destination with Eoghan | Tenerife: One of the best experiences, it truly has made me want to travel more and more now! p.s wear sunscreen at all times kids! Blogpost about my trip:  | 4 Looks 1 Destination: Los Cristianos | 'Cocktails all day everyday' The only decent bikini pics I got were actually on the first day and then it was downhill with sunburn and looking red af (not cute) | JULY | | Ireland actually w...

| Step into the 90s- college outfit edition |

Hey gals, back with a new post this week and with college fast approaching I thought it was rather fitting to start talking about all things college fashion. When I transitioned from school to college, this aspect of University life was one of the most exciting for me as I really do express myself through the clothes I wear. Everyday was like a fashion show haha, I wanted to look and feel confident and clothes definitely helped me to act less shy and put myself out there when meeting and talking to new people at college. Sometimes clothes were a real conversation start for me because if I liked something a person was wearing I would tell them and then instantly a friendship can blossom. This week I wanted to focus on some of my 90s inspired essentials for everyday college wear, it can be easy to be fashionable yet comfortable in college and here's a few tips to get some college gals sorted for the semester. Invest in warm yet stylish vintage pieces- believe me you will not reg...
