London Fashion week is the ultimate dream...

For me it depicts everything iconic about fashion industry.

An experience I can only imagine today but sometime maybe (praying) will become a reality.

Everyone in attendance is there to share, express and showcase their love for fashion and personal style.

An event where limits don't exist and people make a creative mark on the fashion society.

To celebrate my love for LFW I want to share my stand-out looks and trends from the week.

With every London Fashion Week comes an abundance of fashionable gals, this gal is definitely not complaining it makes me extremely excited about new trends and always presents that inspiration I need for my own personal style.

Before Instagram bursted onto the scene, fashion week was mostly documented by magazines and media publications. I was always that gal waiting to clear the magazine shelves to get the first glimpse. This form of media coverage to a certain extent is really a thing of the past. Now with the flexibility and access to online visual content, we as fashion consumers can instantly follow every move of fashion shows and credible fashionistas at the events. The attendance of Influencers have also became a vital component for LFW, they can utilise their online platform to capture highlights of the catwalk and of course the OOTDs for the show. It evidently has opened the door for every fashion lover in the comfort of their own space.

Designers are also using Instagram to share their upcoming designs with online users by presenting Live content through the 'Live' feature on the platform. Instagram facilitates exposure for fresh vibrant designers to shout about their brand to multiple media audiences around the world.

LFW | Trends |

The Power Suit- the classic two piece- as described a classic and always timeless. I fall more in love with the tailor style every time it appears on the catwalks of LFW. It is undoubtedly a staple look that isn't going anywhere.

The Boiler Suit- I am also here for this trend. An all in one look that instantly creates a street style vibe.

Neon- Love, Love and more love. If you asked me a couple of months ago to wear Neon I would of laughed right in your face but here we are haha. We all love a crazy bandwagon trend? A pop of colour in any outfit transforms a look and of course becomes a bold feature that makes you stand out from any crowd. Be prepared for strange looks from people. It's better for them to be staring then not is my motto. Anyways Neon is the trend that is only on the way up this season and will be perfect for the summer months (Hello Festival Season)
